The transcription process begins as soon as we receive your audio files, which will appear on our server. In the case of new clients, a deposit may be required and transcription will begin on receipt of payment.

Transcription: Your audio files will appear on the Way With Words Group Operational Management System (OMS) with your instructions and any additional documents you may have attached. We immediately check audio files for length and sound quality.

Allocation: Once the sound quality is assessed, your audio file is allocated to the appropriate transcriber. We use strict criteria in the selection of an appropriate transcriber for your job, with selections influenced by, amongst other factors, the requested turnaround time, sound quality, and subject matter specialisation.

Instructions: Our transcribers will be informed of your preferred format and any other instructions you provide. Our transcribers will then transcribe your file into a typed document based on your requirements.
